All the reports on Punggol 21 plus made me really excited. People and friends, especially those from my pw group like fionalxe and kin kong wont say punggol is an ulu place anymore. Heard there will be seaside resorts, shopping malls, good rstaurants and a cinema built in the area. How cool is that. And with me living in punggol, its really a plus. =)
